Itel Office© is based around a Microsoft Access database.

The database is structured by organisation and allows for multiple contacts within each organisation. Written with ease of use as a priority, Itel Office© displays the information relating to each of your contacts quickly and efficiently.

The information held includes main telephone number, DDI number, fax number, mobile number, a notes area, and a history of telephone calls, both in and out, letters and fax sent. In fact all the information required to enable you to manage your contacts and provide a greater level of service.

Itel Office© includes an extremely powerful search facility that makes finding individual contacts or groups of contacts easy. This search facility is particularly useful when creating letter, fax or e-mail merges. For example, selecting all Sales Directors of your Customers in your Northern Sales Area to send a letter, fax or e-mail takes only a few key strokes.
