Itel Office© integrates with e-mail to enable both single e-mails and e-mail merges to be created quickly and easily. More and more organisations are using e-mail as a preferred method of communication. Itel Office©'s e-mail merge facility makes creating, sending and recording group e-mails so simple. Just search for the contacts you want to e-mail, remember Itel Office© has a very powerful search facility, and then click on the merge icon. You will now created your e-mail and unlike using address list, each recipient does not see all the other recipients addresses. One click on the e-mail icon creates an e-mail to the currently selected contact.
