As well as being able to recognise incoming calls and display the database record Itel Office© allows for simple automatic dialling of a contacts telephone number, DDI, and or mobile number. Additionally, a user has control over do not disturb, divert, voicemail, voicemail ringback, call waiting from within Itel Office© thus eliminating the need to use proprietary telephone software provided by your telephone system manufacturer.
