Itel Office© is designed to integrate fully with Microsoft Word. This integration works both ways. From within Itel Office©, when you want to send a letter you can call up a template that may be just a normal headed letter or possibly one of a number of standard letters, and complete your letter in word. Once you save the document, the name and location of the document are stored in the history for the contact. It is easy to send a short letter because the name and address is provided automatically, that users will tend to produce such letters immediately having finished a call. When using Word without calling it from Itel Office©, the system is aware of Itel Office© and you can call up a name and address and when you save the document Word will ask you if you want to save it in Itel Office© and if so ask for the contact name. This is particularly useful in associating reports or quotes with a contact and also where secretaries or typing pool are being used. Whether you are just viewing a letter during a conversation or using Itel Office© as the basis of a Document Storage system, Itel Office©'s integration with Word is another way in which your business will be handled more efficiently.
