Pricing - Cuba Server for BMC Service Desk Express (SDE)

Cuba Server can be evaluated by downloading from here. Cuba Server running in evaluation mode shuts down after 3 hours and needs to be manually restarted to resume operation.

Cuba for SDE is a CTI link licence which is roughly equivalent to a site licence. An unlimited number of SDE Cuba clients can connect to a Cuba Server for SDE. The only limitation is that the Cuba Server can only connect to one telephone switch.

Remote installation services are available - price on application.
