Cuba for SDE - Product Overview

Who's calling?  
Cuba can perform a 'screen pop' of a designated Service Desk Express form. The screen pop can use either the Caller ID (also known as CLI or ANI) or Called ID (also known as DNIS) to lookup an SDE record and display for the user currently using the ringing (or connected) phone.

On Screen Actions  
The Cuba provided Caller or Called ID can attempt to find a match in a specified SDE field on a specified form. If a match is found, the record can be 'screen popped'. In this way, the telephone system actually locates the caller for you therefore saving time and removing the requirement for your users to ask caller for their account codes or unique identifiers.
