Cuba for Web Applications - Product Overview

Who's calling?
Cuba can perform a 'screen pop' of a web page. The screen pop can use either the Caller ID (also known as CLI or ANI) or Called ID (also known as DNIS). Cuba Client can be configured to generate an HTTP request with a specified URL. The URL is appended with ?callerid=<callerid>&calledid=<calledid> and this data can be used to query a a database or use whatever data you have to locate a relevant record.

On Screen Actions
The Cuba provided Caller or Called ID can attempt to find a match in your web servers database or simply navigate to a specific web page. If a match is found, the record can be 'screen popped'. In this way, the telephone system actually locates the caller for you therefore saving time and removing the requirement for your users to ask caller for their account codes or unique identifiers.

Supported Telecoms Systems
Cuba supports most business grade telephone systems. Refer to our supported PBX list for full details.
