How can I pass CallerID from Itelpop FREE into my third party application?

Right click the Itelpop systemtray icon (bottom right of desktop). Select Open menu option. Tick 'Pop third party program' and enter the path to the third party application in the text field below. In addition, if you want to bypass the minipop window appearing also tick the 'Bypass minipip' checkbox. Click Close.

How do I add a contact?

Right click the Itelpop systemtray icon (bottom right of desktop). Select Open menu option. Click on Contacts button. Select Edit... Add menu. Enter a name and telephone number. Click Close and Close again. Henceforth, the minipop window will display the name in addition to the Caller ID.

I cannot see my telephone system extensions listed?

This problem is generally due to the telephone system driver, usually a TAPI driver, being incorrectly configured. Refer to your driver documentation for further assistance or contact our support dept.

Will your telephony features work with my telephone system?

To benefit from screen popping, it is necessary to enable caller line presentation. This is generally enabled via your telephone network provider. This item is often referred to as CLIP or caller line identification presentation. In most countries the cost is something like $10 per quarter.

My telephone system requires I dial 9 to obtain an outside line. How does Itel Office deal with this?

Many telephone systems require the user to prefix external numbers with a number, usually 9, to signify that you wish to dial an outside line. Change your Remedy Active link to create a 9 (or whatever the required digit is) before the number to dial.

How do I dial a number?

Select a telephone number as text in any application. Use Ctrl C key to copy the number to the clipboard. Double click on the Itelpop icon. you should see the selected telephone number in the field. Click Dial.
